is a communication device. Modem is
used to convert the digital data into
analog form and analog data into digital
form. The basic purpose of computer
is coding and decoding of data. There
are two types of modem first is known
as hardware modem and other is known
as software modem. Hardware modem
is much batter then the soft ware
modem because it has its own sound
card.
