Monitor
is
a peripheral device of a computer
system. It is used to provide you
the soft copy of data to the end user.
There are different types of monitor.
Basically we divide them into the
two main categories. Simple monitors
and flat screen monitor. But the display
type of Laptop computer is different
from the desktop computers.
Laptop computer have two type of display.
· GPD.
· LCD.
GPD display is called as 'Glass Plasma'
display. The resolution of the GPD
display is not so good if we compare
it with the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display).
But on the other hand the cost of
the LCD is much higher then the GPD
display.
