Mouse
is the primary input device under
the GUI (Graphical User Interface).
It is also known as 'point and draw'
device. Infect by using the mouse
you cannot directly enter the data
into the computer. But it only gives
you help to interact with the available
commands of the operating system.
There are three main types of mouse,
which are normally used with Pc (Personal
Computer). Such as PS2, USB, and Serial
mouse.
· Serial Mouse.
· USB Mouse.
· PS2 Mouse.
· Serial Mouse:-
Serial mouse is the most commonly
used with personal computers.
Serial mouse is attached at the 'Serial
Port' of the computer machine. Serial
mouse is cheapest in price as compared
to the other types of the mouse.
USB Mouse:-
The mechanism of USB mouse is the
same like the PS2 mouse. But it is
attached at the USB port of the computer
machine. It is much costly then the
'Serial Mouse'.
PS2 Mouse:-
PS2 mouse is used with the latest
personal computers. It is invented
after the invention of the serial
mouse. It is also attached with the
USB port of the computer machine.
